設(shè)計(jì)不是藝術(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)師必須有幫助人們解決問(wèn)題、改善整個(gè)行業(yè)，甚至是全世界的決心、恒心和細(xì)心。在荷蘭丹博思（Den Bosch）火車站，為了讓乘客在站臺(tái)候車或者走動(dòng)更加舒適、快速和安全，設(shè)計(jì)師和運(yùn)營(yíng)公司就在站點(diǎn)平臺(tái)頂上安裝了一個(gè)LED燈條，讓乘客們能看到他們所要知道的一切信息，包括列車的繁忙和擁擠程度。3個(gè)月試驗(yàn)，乘客好評(píng)不斷。就是憑著這種周到、細(xì)膩和人性化的創(chuàng)意，這個(gè)看似不起眼的創(chuàng)意最后也獲得了“黃鉛筆”。當(dāng)然，設(shè)計(jì)師還得滿足客戶的要求，比如，幫助他們推廣品牌。
